Last updated: 16 October 2026 About these terms These terms describe use of the Vertix Commerce website and the process for discussing services. Vertix Commerce is based in Pakistan. Contact vertixcommerce@gmail.com with questions. Inquiries and bookings Sending an inquiry or booking a conversation does not purchase a service or create a guarantee of availability. A meeting time is reserved only when the booking provider confirms it. Please provide accurate contact and project information. Service agreements Activities, responsibilities, access, pricing and timing are agreed with the client before work starts. A written project agreement or accepted proposal sets the specific service commitments, payment terms and any cancellation or refund arrangements. This website does not replace that agreement. Separate costs Platform subscriptions, marketplace fees, advertising spend, themes, apps, shipping, warehousing and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in the agreed scope. Paid purchases and material scope changes require the client's approval. Client materials and account access Clients are responsible for providing accurate product information and having the rights to materials they supply. Store ownership remains with the client. Access should use appropriate user or collaborator permissions. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or payment card details through the inquiry form. Marketplace decisions and outcomes Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify and other providers control their own eligibility rules, approvals, features and enforcement decisions. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, advertising returns, account reinstatement or marketplace approval. Use of platform names describes the services discussed and does not imply an official partnership or endorsement. Website information We aim to keep service information accurate and may update it as requirements change. Examples and editorial imagery are illustrative unless identified as actual client work. Confirm current service availability, scope and pricing directly with the team. Acceptable use Do not use the website to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, send spam, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Public content and branding may not be reused in a way that misrepresents ownership or endorsement. Third-party services Calendly, WhatsApp and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability and response times are outside our direct control.
