For questions about this website or your personal information, contact vertixcommerce@gmail.com. Information collected When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, interested service and project requirements you provide. We record your permission to be contacted and the time of submission. Hosting and security services also process technical request information needed to operate and protect the website. Why information is used We use inquiry details to respond to your request, discuss a possible project, arrange follow-up and manage agreed services. We also use necessary technical information for website operation, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Where consent is relied on, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Service providers Our website uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for database and media storage, and Upstash for request protection. Resend is used for email delivery when sending is configured. These providers process information needed to supply their services. Access to inquiry records is limited to authorised team accounts according to their roles. Meeting bookings and WhatsApp Calendly processes booking information when you use the meeting calendar and displays its own privacy and cookie information. Opening WhatsApp or a social media link takes you to a separate provider with its own privacy practices. You can choose to contact us by email instead. Optional conversations If an assistant conversation feature is enabled, any option to save a conversation is presented separately. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, payment card information or private account credentials in a message or inquiry. Retention Inquiry records are assigned a 365-day retention period, and saved conversation records a 90-day period. A daily automated cleanup removes expired records in batches. Records may need to be retained longer where required for an active client relationship, dispute or legal obligation. You can contact us to request earlier deletion where applicable. Cookies and international processing Essential session cookies support administrative sign-in and saved conversation features when used. Embedded third-party booking services may use their own cookies and controls. Our service providers may process information outside Pakistan or your country of residence.
